Quick Tips & Tools:

TOOLS
mason jar. Spoon. Measuring cup.

TIPS
Be sure to double, triple or quadruple this recipe. The whole family will love it! And its good for up to 3 days in the fridge or a few months in the freezer.

Super seeds.
You can use one or all of the super seeds. (flax, chia, hemp). Together they stack the body with essential  protein, fiber, omega 3s,
vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and help us to feel fuller longer. Its so incredibly nourishing and adds textured goodness to the oats.

Use only one seed if that’s all you have and use 2-3 tablespoons of that. If you don’t have any seeds, that’s totally fine! You can still make this recipe excluding them :)))

They can be found on amazon or any health food aisle of a grocery store.

Saving Time:

Making these at night time, does save time!  Becuase when you wake up in the morning your breakfast will be ready and waiting for you in the ridge!  its the best feeling to know you were kind and loving to yourself (and your family) the night before. Its a great way to start the day.
