I was overwhelmed when it came to preparing healthy meals for me and my family. Oh Britney, I really Loved your course! All this time I have known what I have to do but I had never taken the time to go through all this process. I think I was missing the simple question of Why, why am I doing this? Why do I want to have this kind of lifestyle? I really enjoyed discovering the answers to these questions. I did not realize how much this course would center around the mind. I was reminded of my purpose in life before I even got into the kitchen. I never have been a cook, but after getting things clean and organized and revamped, I feel ready to be a chef. It’s kind of like Karate Kid where Miyagi has him paint and do other things to prepare him for the martial arts. The mind training helps to prepare for the kitchen arts.
Britney at whole and healthy kitchen has created multiple recipes that are exceptional. I am currently taking her 21 day transformation course and I must say the format of the course and the information is fantastic. It is like nothing I have ever read before. She is open and honest and an inspiration. She is right there with you the whole way through and because it is such an intense program the support is so appreciated. If you need anything she is there.
Britney literally has a God-given talent for food creation. Her practical kitchen workflow tips, as well as the way she teaches about the power of the Mind have helped me to be practical, joyful and prepared when it comes to cooking meals for me and my family. She inspires me everyday to be consistent with cultivating the conditions for a better version of my Self to emerge everyday. I am extremely grateful for her work.
My husband Adam and I really enjoyed your sweet potato chickpea soup. In fact we were both really sick beforehand, and felt a lot better almost immediately after. I’ll never say no to immune boosting qualities! We are always looking at trying new and exciting recipes and we find them here. Thank you!

I am not a vegetarian and prior to eating Britney’s beyond delicious meals, I was absolutely certain that I detested lentils. Yet now I find myself enjoying them very much. I am consistently amazed at how scrumptious and mouth watering every single meal and dessert Britney makes is. Thank you for turning me onto so many whole and healthy ingredients and ways of living.

Britney has the ability to make even the most simple thing – like a fried egg – taste like an exotic creation. Her recipes are easy to follow and will liven the senses. I always have a better day after eating a meal made by Britney. Her weekly emails are supremely helpful too!

Britney is an amazing cook and a good teacher for any skill level. She really practices what she preaches. The number of times I have heard someone ask for a recipe or say “This is the best thing ever” over the years…. is staggering.

My experience working with Britney and her 21 day course was amazing. I learned so many do-able things that totally changed the way I viewed cooking and myself. The ongoing support and community elements were awesome as well. She really cares about each person and invested in their success. I now enjoy cooking and focus on adding more whole food in as opposed to getting overwhelmed by what needs to be taken out. My cooking experiences have become fun now and if I screw something up… I don’t care any more where before I would have. I highly recommend this course to anyone ready to make healthy changes for them self and their families!
