An Online Mastermind
We are a Supportive Community of Moms and women who are striving to Know Themselves and to enhance their relationship to food and their kitchen experience. We realize the need to care for ourselves and our families through the thoughts we think and the food we eat. Together we learn how to embrace whole and healthy living in a very practical and every day kind of way. We also hold space to be ourselves, to share our stories and to heal and transform our past habits & beliefs that no longer serve us. We help and inspire each other to cook and be healthy, so we can show up where we are needed most each day.

Working with Britney and the Whole and Healthy Kitchen principles helped transform my overwhelm about feeding my family into ease. 1. Our Online Discussions
During our monthly face-to-face online “Discussion & Study” Sessions, we focus on education and spontaneous communication. The goal is to learn how to recognize and effectively express our emotions, thoughts and feelings, so that we are more inspired, educated & motivated to be cooking in our kitchen everyday. The outcome of each gathering is often joy, along with clarity and relaxation.
2. Responsibility & Change
We assist each other in taking full responsibility for the mistakes and habits we have made that are no longer serving our health and cooking goals. Together we learn tool and develop skills to assist in the changing of minds and reworking of habits. Through responsibility each of us become empowered to take charge of our mindset and our kitchen. The goal is to change what is not working and do only what is. This inspires focus, positive change & commitment.
3. Become an Expert in your Kitchen
We learn about whole foods, meal planning and thinking things through, so that over time, each of us can become an expert in our Kitchen. The work we do take effort and constant practice. Our aim is to help you discover your WHY and the STEPS to take so that you are motivated to follow through with learning the skill of healthy cooking. This will naturally bring positive effects & nourishment to us & our families.
