10-Minute Meditation to Start Your Day Right

When you start your day right by meditating, handing your mind over, asking for a higher power to work through you in your day- you are literally deciding to have a GOOD day. If you do not start your day right in this way, and simply let the day unfold, its far easier for ego to jump in and your day will be overwhelming, stressful and flat out not fun.

My goal is to provide you with the education you need to set your mind right as soon as you wake up, so you can find the inspiration within to go about your day in flow and feeling good so you can cook and eat healthy, clean and do self care, so you optimally nourish self and family.

Meditation is a great way to train the mind, overcome unhealthy habits & find peace within.
