Kitchen Alchemy is an online transformational take-at-your-own-pace course.
It has as its purpose the application of universal & spiritual principles to your thinking and your cooking.
The goal of this course is to bring more joy to your cooking by empowering you with how to think about and approach cooking, and your relationship to food. You will receive clarity around healthy food decisions, and discover how to find flow in your kitchen, cooking, meal prepping, planning and shopping experience.
I want to help you to feel connected to the Source of Love within so that you are inspired to cook wholesome meals for yourself and family everyday.
You will have lifetime access to this course and our community of like-minded souls. We will meet every month for live trainings and breathwork sessions for 4 months, so you become established and confident in your rhythm in the kitchen.

Your last training was mind opening! You are helping me to be more conscious in how I approach my food choices and how I show up as a Mom. Why is this so affordable?
Because I want this to be available to as many people as possible. Not everyone, most people actually, cannot afford high ticket items. My worth is made by God, not what I charge for this course. I want everyone who feels called to this to have no obstacles in saying Yes to their wellbeing, and thus our future generations, too.
What can I expect each month?

Each month we meet on zoom for a 2-Hour gathering to discuss our learnings, and anchor it in through breathwork and prayer.
We have an online facebook group where we communicate every week, for high-accountability and support.
What is expected of me?
To do your best. I encourage you to go through the online course, watch the videos, apply the lessons, make the recipes. Go at your own pace, and do it in your own way. Join us for the Live Monthly Group gatherings

Hello. Thank you for being here. I am a mom on as mission, dedicated to enhancing the quality health and happiness on this planet.
I have personally embraced a shift in my relationship to food. I used to binge eat, was obsessed over food and my weight, and struggle looking in the mirror everyday. I now love cooking wholesome food that tastes delicious, nourishes us, and brings us together over a shared meal. The more I have healed my mind, the more I began to naturally show up in the kitchen with willingness, openmindedness and grace to cook for me and my family.
I am not a Holisitic Nutritionist or dietician, although I have extensively studied holistic nutrition and live its principles in my daily cooking life. I am someone who has learned to love cooking with real ingredients, have cooked over 20,000 meals in my career and I am eager to share what I have learned with you!
I have offered Kitchen Alchemy 4 times now, this next launch in fall 2022 will be the best yet. This course has grown, along with myself and my community, and we are ready to share it again- unleveled, enhanced and ready to support you in your awakening to health and happiness. This is a beautiful journey we are on, and I am so grateful you are considering being part of it 🙂
