Hi! 🙂 I am Britney. Founder of Whole & Healthy Kitchen, a messenger of Love and a Mom. I help moms and families to reset their mindset and habits around food and working in the kitchen. I have a background in Psychology, Hypnotherapy, Metaphysics and Holistic Nutrition. I also have a background in having a twisted and unhealthy relationship to my self and food. I have since healed myself and now educate you on how to have a healthy, happy and more holistic way of eating, thinking and living.
