💡Eating slowly and mindfully
💡Adding in Fibre
💡Eating alot of Vegetables (raw or lightly cooked)
💡Eating alot of Fermented foods (sauerkraut, kimchi, kefir, Kombucha etc)
💡 Lots of bone broth (homemade or store bought)
