For Good Gut Health Focus on:
Eating slowly and mindfully
Adding in Fibre
Eating alot of Vegetables (raw or lightly cooked)
Eating alot of Fermented foods (sauerkraut, kimchi, kefir, Kombucha etc)
Lots of bone broth (homemade or store bought)
